Senior Business Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to lead initiatives ensuring compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This role requires strong expertise in regulatory projects, data protection, and enterprise-level project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with PDPA regulations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and compliance insights.
  • Develop, model, and optimize processes to meet PDPA standards.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
  • Oversee implementation and testing of PDPA compliance solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process/system improvements.
  • Manage risks associated with PDPA compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on PDPA-related processes.
  • Continuously monitor and improve processes to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of IT work experience, with at least 8-10 years in enterprise-level project management.
  • Proven experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, and regulatory compliance projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, resource management, and change management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and manage complex dependencies.
  • Project Management certification is an advantage.
