Business Development & Growth Internship

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development & Growth Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real business development and growth campaigns, collaborate with professionals across Southeast Asia, and see your ideas in action.

You will get hands-on experience across different areas of business development and growth:

  • Brand Awareness Boosting: Support marketing initiatives that attract clients.
  • Sales & Marketing Materials Creation: Develop engaging decks, proposals, and content aligned with goals.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, pitches, and promotional activities.
  • Team Brainstorms: Collaborate with the team to pitch fresh, creative sales and marketing ideas.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and suggest improvements.
  • Networking: Contribute to lead generation, trade shows, and digital initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you must be organized, proactive, and full of ideas. You should also have strong communication skills, be comfortable with Microsoft Office and social media platforms, and be able to commit at least 4 months.
