Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Business Partner. As a Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in corporate banking, with a focus on relationship management and sales. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver customised banking solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new corporate client relationships, focusing on large Indian enterprises and MNCs in India
  • Manage and deepen existing corporate banking relationships with Indian clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate banking products and services
  • Structure and deliver customised corporate banking solutions, including lending, cash management, trade finance, and other specialised services
  • Work closely with internal teams (credit, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand the breadth of banking services provided to clients
  • Maintain strong market knowledge of the Indian corporate landscape, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and financial goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of corporate banking and its application in the Indian market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven sales and relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
