Job Summary

Lead Financial Operations for Global Success

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to drive strategic financial leadership and oversee the finance function across our international operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering business growth, driving efficiency, and ensuring effective financial governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records
  • Lead the commercial finance team in providing financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in an international setting
  • Strong understanding of SAP and financial systems
  • Audit compliance knowledge and experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or equivalent
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
