Job Title: Cultural Arts Director

Cultural Arts Director

At our esteemed institution, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cultural Arts Director to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional cultural arts programs.

As a Cultural Arts Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cultural arts department, including developing and implementing new programs, managing budgets, and supervising staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new cultural arts programs that meet the needs of our community
  • Manage budgets and ensure effective use of resources
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote our cultural arts programs

Requirements:

Education and Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Performing Arts, Chinese Literature, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading cultural arts programs or similar roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cultural arts programs
