Job Title: Public Art Program Lead

Job Description:

This is a highly visible role that will lead the development and execution of public art programmes for diverse audiences in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage annual programme schedules, budgets, procurement, administrative processes and logistical operations in accordance to organisational policies.
  • Work closely with the Director, Public Art to develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies, including inter-departmental synergies and coordination.
  • Identify and develop strategic programme partners, working closely with partnership managers and relevant departments.
  • Generate content including programme materials, reports, marketing and online content.
  • Manage, supervise and administer projects, processes and procedures under responsibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in museum, arts and culture sector or equivalent.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Art Management or related field.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Creative, motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
