Job Title:

Public Art Programme Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the development and execution of public art programmes for diverse audiences. As Public Art Programme Lead, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and build partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual programme schedules, including budgeting and logistical operations.
  • Work closely with senior team members to develop outreach strategies and foster inter-departmental synergies.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic programme partners through close collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Generate content, including programme materials, reports, marketing, and online content.
  • Manage and administer projects, processes, and procedures under your responsibility.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the arts and culture sector or equivalent.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Art Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Creative, motivated, dynamic, and outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
