Senior Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned hospital operations expert to spearhead the development and management of our campus facilities.

Job Summary:

  • Lead major campus development and renovation projects, ensuring strategic alignment with our institution's mission and goals.
  • Oversee hospital facilities maintenance, engineering, and safety compliance, guaranteeing operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive strategic maintenance operations, focusing on cost-efficiency and operational reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams on operational planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive workplace culture, upholding our institution's values and standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations, with prior leadership in campus development or hospital infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of hospital procurement, facilities planning, and maintenance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a faith-based, non-profit healthcare setting.
