Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in shaping the future of healthcare. As a key member, you will drive clinical service planning, operational readiness, and service design in collaboration with stakeholders and consultants.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a major healthcare infrastructure project. Your expertise will help us create patient-centric service flows aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Participate in workshops to contribute insights during the hospital planning phase.
  • Lead discussions on hospital development, including service planning, infrastructure design, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with consultants, medical planners, and internal stakeholders to design patient-centric service flows.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project requirements, technologies, and design assumptions.
  • Develop end-user briefs, operational guidelines, and workflow processes; coordinate workshops to test new models.
  • Prepare business cases to secure approvals and funding for infrastructure development.
  • Monitor and track progress across workstreams; escalate key issues to senior management as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in healthcare operations or hospital planning.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
