Compliance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to lead our compliance function in Singapore.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all regulatory obligations tied to our existing MPI license, managing inspections, audits and thematic reviews with regulators such as MAS, and shaping robust compliance frameworks. They will also work closely with the Head of FCC on AML/CFT matters and support product and business teams to embed compliance into new initiatives.

This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across senior management and the Board. The ideal candidate will have relevant previous core compliance experience, as well as:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field. Professional compliance certifications by CAMS and/or ICA would be an added advantage;
  • 8-12 years of compliance experience in the Financial Services, Payments, Fintech or similar industries;
  • Proven experience with MAS regulatory supervision and policy implementation as well as having good relationship with regulators;
  • Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and Payment Services Act (PSA);
  • Experience in digital assets or cryptocurrency compliance is a plus;
