Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities management, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating assigned shifts, conducting daily pre-operation meetings with staff, providing on-the-job training to employees, and enforcing compliance with established protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cleaning sector
  • Ability to work midnight shifts, overtime, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact well with clients
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
