Job Title: Facilities Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled facilities operations professional to oversee the daily activities of our facilities team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and ensuring that high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of employees in the facilities program.
  • Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure facilities services meet the needs of the site.
  • Issue supplies to staff as needed.
  • Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and supplies.
  • Correct at-risk behavior and report incidents to management immediately.
  • Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.

  • Ability to train and develop staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
