**Job Description:
We are seeking a Facility Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility. As the supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, repairs, vendor management, budgeting, compliance, license renewal, tenant service follow-up, and cleanliness. Your strong leadership, organisational skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all facility maintenance and repair activities, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. This includes electrical systems, plumbing, and general building repairs. Prioritise work orders and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the facility, including security, access control systems, fire prevention systems, and cleanliness. Regularly inspect and maintain common areas, ensuring a clean, well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Obtain competitive bids for maintenance and repair projects, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance. Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery and quality assurance.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and effectively. Maintain strong communication with tenants to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. Proactively identify opportunities for improving tenant experience.
- Liaise and correspond with various government and statutory borads.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department.
- Maintain facilities record such as As-build plans, services contracts, leases, asset inventories and others.
- To carry out weekly inspection of building and M&E system. In addition, you shall be responsible for discharging the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Building Facility Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and relevant regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to facility management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
