Key Responsibilities- Guest Service
- Welcome guests professionally and create a warm, confident, and genuine first impression.
- Handle all guests' queries or requests in a polite and efficient manner.
- Logistics and Transportation
- Handle all movement of luggage (temporary, long-term storage, lost baggage).
- Organize a prompt taxi service and assist in airport transfers.
- Product Knowledge and Local Insights
- Provide a high standard of service within the department and a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area.
- Know about all events and activities accruing in and out of the hotel.
- Front Office Systems and Procedures
- Comply with all Front Office systems and procedures and with all company policies.
- Maintain the designated stations in the lobby as per company standards and check every 30 minutes or when necessary.
- Emergency Procedures and Problem-Solving
- Be familiar with the emergency procedure of the hotel and be able to handle any emergency according to the procedures.
- Identify and solve problems in a professional manner.
- Quality Assurance and Guest Satisfaction
- Ensure all related Leading Quality Assurance guidelines are met, if not exceeded at all times.
- Exceed guests' expectations in any task provided.
- Diploma in Hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years in Front Office or Concierge experience in a similar capacity preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Knowledgeable in the city, tours, and excursions to refer guests in various tourist destinations.
- Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
