Job Title: 2 Years Contract Ward Service Assistant

Overview:
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to inpatients, ensuring their daily needs are met. Key responsibilities include serving meals and beverages, checking meal orders for accuracy, and clearing trays after meals. Additionally, the candidate will assist nurses with patients' nutritional needs and help manage inventory of pantry and service supplies.

Requirements:
A minimum N/O Level is required, along with the ability to work two rotating shifts (7am-8pm) and any five days, including weekends and public holidays. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and upholding patient confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent customer service to inpatients.
  2. Serve meals and beverages, checking accuracy versus meal orders.
  3. Clear trays after meals.
  4. Assist nurses in supporting patients' nutritional needs.
  5. Help with inventory management of pantry and service supplies.
  6. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and communal areas per health and sanitation regulations.
  7. Uphold patient confidentiality and discretion at all times.
