Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Service Associate to fill a critical role within our healthcare team. As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the nursing staff, handling patient inquiries, and performing various clerical duties that promote effective ward operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Nurse Manager and handle administrative and operational tasks
  • Attend to patients and family members, prepare admission documents, and arrange support staff as needed
  • Prepare discharge documents, schedule follow-up appointments, and notify relevant parties promptly
  • Handle patient enquiries from patients, relatives, visitors, and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Perform clerical duties to support ward operations, including cross-covering of wards when required
  • Update patient information, charges, diets, porter, and housekeeping requests in the system accurately
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum qualification of N/O/A Level is required
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
