Service Excellence Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role will possess exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, enabling them to effectively manage a team of Ward Service Associates (WSAs) and ensure smooth ward operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage WSAs to optimize ward performance.
  • Coordinate WSA deployment and daily task execution to achieve seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee stock levels and supplies for the ward, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with ward supervisors and nursing staff to provide excellent patient care and support meal and nutrition service processes.
  • Lead service improvement initiatives and projects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the ward.
  • Perform additional operational duties as required, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
