We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and event bookings below 40 guests
  • Stay informed about ongoing and upcoming events in Sentosa, transport timings, and directions
  • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned tables are prepared prior to arrival
  • Follow up on requests noted on reservation lists
  • Provide menu information and announce server names
  • Work closely with the Front Desk team to maintain awareness of operations and reservations
  • Efficiently respond to phone calls, email enquiries, and Whatsapp inquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications:
