Guest Experience Manager

The role of Guest Experience Manager involves overseeing the entire guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure. This requires a seamless delivery of service experience throughout the lobby operation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that every interaction with the hotel staff is positive and memorable.

  2. Supervise Lobby Operations: The Guest Experience Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the lobby, including supervising the lobby ambassadors and ensuring a seamless flow of processes.

  3. Lead Team Members: The Guest Experience Manager leads a team of lobby ambassadors in providing personalized check-in experiences and ensuring a flawless impression of the hotel's products and colleagues.

  4. Serve as Center of Communication: In case of any incident, the Guest Experience Manager serves as the center of communication and takes immediate action to turn the situation around into a satisfying experience.

  5. Perform Cashier and Coordination Duties: The Guest Experience Manager handles cashier and lobby operation coordination duties, including supervising accurate execution of all cashiering and billing duties.

  6. Maximise Efficiency: The Guest Experience Manager maximises efficiency of resident and guest incident management by analysing and resolving problems and exercising good judgment.

  7. Collaborate with Departments: The Guest Experience Manager collaborates with all departments and divisions in promoting inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.

  8. Adaptability: The Guest Experience Manager is expected to be adaptable and flexible in performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
  1. Degree in Hospitality: A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.

  2. Minimum 3 Years' Experience: The candidate should have at least 3 years' relevant experience with at least 1 year at a supervisory level.

  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to communicate in a second language.
