Job Title

A highly organized and proactive Senior Executive – Administrative Support role is available to join the Students Office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth office operations, managing inventories, supporting events, and maintaining workplace safety.

About the Role
  • The incumbent will act as the Workplace Safety Officer within the office and student laboratory spaces, ensuring safety protocols and measures are diligently maintained to provide a secure environment.
  • The ideal candidate will manage the inventory of collateral, promotional materials, and office stock, monitor inventory levels, arrange restocking as required, and implement efficient tracking systems for office assets.
  • They will oversee the upkeep of various venues under the Students Office and assist in planning and execution of office events and activities, coordinate event logistics, support event setup and breakdown, and assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
Requirements
  • A Singaporean citizen with a minimum degree in any related discipline.
Key Responsibilities
