Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the General Manager and HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Licenses and Compliance: Handle administrative tasks related to the application and renewal of various licenses, including BCA, SDCF, SFA, SBF, SLA, RACAR, PSA, CAG Airport Pass, Jurong Island Pass, and others.
- IT Systems Management: Oversee the maintenance of IT systems and server room, including managing licenses and creating email accounts for new users, while liaising with the IT vendor.
- Recruitment Support: Assist the HR team in the recruitment process.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 14001:2018, ISO 13485:2016), Bizsafe Star, ZGST, STP, and other certifications.
- Qualifications: Minimum Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience: Experience in dealing with ISO Certification/Matters.
- Skills: Familiarity with IT-related software and hardware; ISO Internal Auditor Certification and experience in HR functions.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment requirements.
- ISO Standards: Well-versed in ISO standards and related matters.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
