PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is a reputable insurance company seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to provide overseas travel insurance support to customers, communicate with medical organizations, enter data into internal systems, process insurance claims, manage insurance claim documents, and perform other ad-hoc and related duties as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients calling from Japan
  • Communicate effectively with local coworkers and medical organizations
  • Enter accurate and timely data into internal systems
  • Process and manage insurance claims efficiently
  • Manage and maintain insurance claim documents
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of administrative work experience
  • Excellent English language skills for communication with local coworkers and some local customers
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese language for communication with clients calling from Japan
  • Able to work cooperatively with team members and provide excellent customer support
