Role and Responsibilities

As our Ambassador, you have an influence over our members by actively building relationships with them and helping them to meet their fitness needs. We are seeking driven, customer-oriented, and eloquent individuals who are willing to go the extra mile for our members while challenging themselves to achieve personal targets.

  • Work with the team to achieve the branch target.
  • Attend to walk-in customers and all telephone enquiries.
  • Promote and follow up on renewal of memberships.
  • Build and maintain rapport with existing and potential members.
  • Update members on promotional activities from time to time.
