About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design and implement personalized wellness programs, fitness classes, and training sessions tailored to diverse guest needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques and equipment usage, delivering outstanding customer service through prompt response to guest inquiries.
  • Event Management: Organize running events, collaborations with local wellness partners, and promotional activities for brand initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment for the fitness and wellness areas, maintaining optimal operational standards.
  • Spa Operations: Manage Heavenly Spa by Westin, handling appointment bookings, providing information on treatments and pricing, and processing payments.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with therapists and associates to ensure smooth scheduling and guest flow, resolving minor issues as required.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards within the fitness and wellness areas.
