Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at ST Recruitment Centre as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for handling telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handling telephone calls and responding to client enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assisting with membership services, including collecting sub-fees from guests and visitors
- Recording incoming cheques and tender documents
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position
