Guest Experience Associate

 

Job Description:

The Guest Experience Associate is responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This involves meeting and greeting guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have during their stay.

 

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints that guests may have in a timely and professional manner.
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities as appropriate.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that guest requests are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures, as well as local events and attractions.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
