  • Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and scalability of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, and end-user devices.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard data and systems, ensuring regional IT operations adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead IT projects, including software implementations, hardware upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
  • Provide prompt technical support to regional offices, addressing IT issues and concerns to minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity.
