Job Position: Technical IT Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled technical IT leader to join our team on a temporary assignment. As an IT executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring laptops are properly formatted and stored.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Laptop Formatting and Maintenance: Format and reset old laptops to organisational standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of new and returned laptops.
  • Specification Verification: Inspect and verify the specifications of returned laptops.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to users (e.g. troubleshooting, setup).
  • Storage and Organisation: Assist with the organisation and proper storage of laptops.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiar with formatting laptops and basic troubleshooting.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office and Microsoft applications.
  • Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Independence and Time Management: Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
