Your Role:

As the
**Site Technical Leader**, you'll play a Key role in ensuring the seamless installation and impeccable customer service experience at our Proton Therapy site. Your expertise will be vital in
**coordinating daily technical activities**,
**managing priorities**, and providing exceptional
**customer support**.
What You'll Do:

- **Coordinate and plan technical activities on-site**, ensuring efficient execution and priority management.
- Guarantee** high-quality customer support**, addressing technical inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Lead the **resolution of technical challenges** that emerge during operations.
- **Manage logístical and material aspects**, collaborating closely with subcontractors to oversee technical aspects of their work.
- Ensure compliance with **customer requirements** and maintain top-notch **technical performance**.
- Conduct CCBs (Change Control Boards), report and manage bugs, and facilitate the distribution of REX (Return Of Experience) insights.
- Foster clear and effective communication with the Site Manager, ensuring a collaborative approach.
- Cultivate a culture of high performance, **motivating and inspiring your engineering team**.
- Develop strong professional **communication **channels with our valued customers.

**What we value**
- A **university degree in engineering** (Electronics, Electro-mechanics, Mechanics, or Physics).
- Proven experience in **installing and commissioning complex systems**, or familiarity with Medical Device Installation processes, providing a distinct advantage.
- Ideally, prior exposure to an industrial environment, contributing to your understanding of technical operations.
- A robust technical skill set and adeptness in **task management and planning**.
- Proficiency in spoken and written** English**, enabling effective communication within our international context.

Proton Therapy aims to destroy cancer cells by delivering proton beams to a target tumor.
