Key Responsibilities:
- Fully address internal and external customer technical needs until resolution
- Troubleshoot technical issues on desktops, network connectivity, etc., both on-site and remotely
- Deliver top-notch customer service under pressure, focusing on issue resolution
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately using proprietary systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or technical support in an enterprise setting

- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
