Job Title: Social Media Relations Executive
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers who interact with us via social media channels.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.
- Maintain awareness of customer needs through regular contact and tailor actions to meet their requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in any discipline with credit in English language, plus at least three years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment and service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Able to interpret customer needs correctly and possess good work attitude.
