Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team at HUSTLE INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience on campus.
About the Role
This role is a critical part of our front-line service team, requiring a friendly, approachable, and efficient individual who can multitask with ease. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming new students, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and managing attendance sheets.
- Guiding students to their classes, ensuring they are familiar with the campus layout.
- Assisting with photocopying, printing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Centre Operations Management
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of classrooms and common areas, restocking office supplies, and ensuring the snack bar is well-stocked. This includes:
- Regularly inspecting classrooms to ensure they are in good condition.
- Maintaining inventory levels of office supplies and materials.
- Ensuring the snack bar and common areas are clean and welcoming.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and visitors.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests.
- Basic computer literacy to perform data entry, communication, and simple record-keeping tasks.
- Punctuality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
What We Offer
