Job Title: Front Desk Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Hospitality Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Ensure prompt and efficient check-in and check-out procedures, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Guest Relations: Provide warm welcomes, register guests, and issue room keys while maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Enquiries and Assistance: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Cashiering Duties: Handle all financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including payment processing and receipting.
  • Filing and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Opera System Management: Effectively manage guest reservations using the Opera system, ensuring seamless execution of front desk operations.
  • Hotel Services and Amenities: Provide guests with information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Anticipating Guest Needs: Proactively identify and meet guest needs, building strong rapport and loyalty through personalized service.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure adherence to safety, security, and loss control policies and procedures at the front counter and back office area.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences that exceed guest expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Opera system is an added advantage, enabling seamless execution of front desk operations.
  • Flexibility: Display adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends.

About Our Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 40,000 - SGD 50,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
