Job Summary

RK RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B setting, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Tools: Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
