Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication
- Listen to customers' descriptions of vehicle issues and symptoms, and record accurate information for service and repair.
- Provide professional service consultations, explaining recommended maintenance and repairs to customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and any additional service needs identified by technicians.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets by recommending appropriate services based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
- Administrative Tasks
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed correctly, including service agreements, invoices and warranty information.
Requirements
- Business Development Experience
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
