Job Title:

Assistant Estate Manager

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist dormitory management during incidents and events.
  • Attend to enquiries from clients and employers during office hours.
  • Interact with residents to obtain feedback on living conditions and other issues affecting their stay in the dormitory (e.g. noise pollution, cleanliness in common areas, etc.)
  • Reporting to the Estate Manager and support him for the entire dormitory operations.
Job Description:
  1. To lead a team of resident service executives, security officers and cleaning team members ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  2. To conduct random unit inspection to ensure that no prohibited items are brought into the dormitory premises and only authorized residents are allowed into the dormitory maintaining a secure environment.
  3. To assist to maintain and update in the dormitory system by implementing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  4. To ensure that residents adhere to dormitory rules and take appropriate action against offending workers upholding a positive living experience.
  5. To assist in isolation/sick bay cases and follow up with team members to provide support and guidance.
  6. To organize the dormitory's fire safety drills and emergency exercises to ensure preparedness and response plans are in place.
  7. To assist activities (e.g. flea markets, variety shows, sports activities) promoting a vibrant and engaging community.
  8. To perform any other duties as and when directed by Management being adaptable and flexible.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility/estate management with a strong background in operations and customer service.
  • Have a strong interest in the dormitory management industry with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to multi-task and initiate in a fast-paced and challenging environment staying organized and focused.
  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Able to start work immediately will be advantageous but not essential.
