Job Title: Dormitory Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day operations related to worker dormitory management and basic human resource functions in a marine and offshore working environment.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination of manpower logistics, accommodation arrangements, and records maintenance. Key responsibilities include coordinating distribution of PPE, uniforms, and dormitory necessities, liaising with external vendors or agencies for basic supplies and services when necessary, and assisting in preparing reports and updates for internal use.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and coordination skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and have good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. A diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred. Prior experience in operations or HR support in a marine or industrial setting is an advantage. The ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate distribution of PPE, uniforms, and dormitory necessities.
  • Liaise with external vendors or agencies for basic supplies and services when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports and updates for internal use.
  • Support safety and housekeeping inspections of dormitory premises.
  • Assist in compiling and verifying data for billing related to dormitory and manpower services.
