Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the day-to-day operations of our worker dormitory and provide human resource functions.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination of manpower logistics, accommodation arrangements, and maintenance of our dormitory facilities.
- Support the coordination of worker accommodation including room assignments, check-ins, check-outs, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain up-to-date records of dormitory occupancy and assist in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in handling manpower logistics such as transport arrangement and shift schedule dissemination.
- Keep accurate data and documentation of personnel records including work permits, ID passes, and training certifications.
- Manage the daily operations of worker dormitories, including occupancy, maintenance, and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee company-leased accommodations, handling tenancy agreements, utility setups, and regular inspections.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams while addressing resident concerns and enforcing housing rules.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, facility upkeep, and emergency maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of housing assignments, incident reports, and operational documentation.
Requirements:
- NITEC in facilities management or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in dormitory operations, property management, and tenancy administration.
- Good knowledge of Singapore's housing laws, rental agreements, and dormitory regulations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to work near dormitory sites or operational premises.
