Job Title:

Residential Operations Professional

Job Description:
  • Oversee day-to-day residential facility operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks like incident management, resident services, and estate maintenance.
  • Manage incidents and events within dormitory premises, providing timely support to residents and staff.
  • Engage with clients and employers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Collect feedback from residents on living conditions and make recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of resident service executives, security officers, and cleaning team members.
  • Conduct random unit inspections to ensure compliance with dormitory rules and regulations.
  • Maintain and update the dormitory system to ensure accurate records and efficient operations.
  • Ensure residents adhere to dormitory rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when necessary.
  • Assist with isolation/sick bay cases and follow up with team members.
  • Organize fire safety drills and emergency exercises to ensure preparedness.
  • Coordinate activities such as flea markets, variety shows, and sports activities.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility or estate management.
  • Strong interest in the dormitory management industry.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to start work immediately is an advantage.
