Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Sales Manager - FMCG Channel to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the Singapore market.

Salary: SGD $4,500 - SGD $5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement key account strategies to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for product placement and increased visibility in supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacy chains, travel retails, and tourist outlet chains.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement and manage promotional campaigns.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and agreements with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in key account management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience with Modern Trade - Pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage.
  • Experience with major retail chains or distributors in Singapore.
  • Possess own transport.
