Job Title: Senior Manager, Portfolio Management

About the Role:

This is a strategic leadership position within our APAC region responsible for driving growth through effective portfolio management.

The role will involve building and managing commercial plans, translating global strategies into regional priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

Key responsibilities include defining portfolio segmentation and differentiation strategies, leveraging shopper insights, providing channel-specific listing direction, and partnering with revenue management teams.

A key objective of this role is to ensure alignment with global and local strategies while maintaining regional flexibility.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to influence peers and senior partners.

About You:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager with at least 8 years of experience in similar roles within FMCG or Consumer Goods companies.

Candidates should have a proven track record of driving commercial success, developing and implementing strategic projects, and contributing to organizational change initiatives.

International travel may be required, predominantly within the APAC region.

Fluency in English language skills (written and spoken) is essential.
