Customer Service Excellence: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Crew member.

As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting them with a cheerful and helpful manner, preparing their orders accurately, and using the Point of Sale system/cash register to record transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the restaurant
  • Adhering to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Following the 3-step method for cleaning
  • Understanding and adhering to all quality standards as outlined in the operations manual

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a Point of Sale system
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
