Job Title: Dedicated Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant/Executive. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To attend to customers' incoming calls, SMS, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • To issue invoices for different branches, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • To update customer information on internal databases, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • To support sales consultants by securing appointments, leveraging knowledge of the market and customer needs.
  • To place outbound cold calls and provide excellent customer services, building long-term relationships with clients.
  • To keep customers informed on the latest updates and ongoing promotions, demonstrating expertise in product knowledge.
  • To show empathy and sensitivity towards customers' requirements and concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • To perform other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the branch.

Requirements:

- Suitable candidates should possess 'A' Levels or Diploma and above, with relevant experience in service industries such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, airlines, and spa & beauty.

- 1 year of relevant experience from service industries, preferably handling English and Mandarin speaking customers with proven Sales and Customer Service skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and meeting expectations.

- Familiarity with computer and IT systems, with basic troubleshooting skills.

- A responsible and team-oriented individual with a passion for continuous learning, committed to achieving business objectives.
