Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our dynamic bubble tea franchise.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling daily shop operations, including cashiering, kitchen duties, tea preparation, and customer service.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with stock taking, recording, and delivery order management, maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and supporting shop closing procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is an asset
