Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

  • Develop and implement a Food Quality and Safety Management System that meets international standards.
  • Enforce food quality and safety policy, MSC COC policy and procedures throughout the company premise.
  • Conduct daily/weekly routine validation inspections to ensure compliance with CCP, RPR, OPRP, GMP, GHP, and MSC standards.
  • Investigate and report on any nonconformities observed in the workplace and customer returns.
  • Assist in preparing the organization for customer audits, regulatory audits, and external accreditation reviews.
  • Participate in internal audits and design & development programs.
  • Perform monthly laboratory tests, data analysis, and QA reports.
  • Liaise with authorities and third parties, manage license renewals.
  • Record and file all work, ad-hoc projects, and report writing.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in food science or quality or related professional engineering certificate in related skills.
  • At least three years of QA working experience in the food & beverage or food packaging manufacturing industry is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems.
  • ISO 9001 internal auditor certification is mandatory.
  • ISO or FSIS 22000/HACCP internal auditor certification is an advantage.
  • Strong brain-storming and analytical knowledge.
  • Able to make decisions and reporting.
  • Candidates without experience are also welcome.
