Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our central kitchen.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting the central kitchen to ensure compliance with internal and external food safety standards.
  • Performing in-house testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Conducting periodic inspections based on AIB requirements.
  • Preparing accurate and timely inspection reports.
  • Guiding and training the operations team on compliance.
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma holder (minimum requirement).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with shift work.
