Job Title: Food Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Food Quality Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and ISO 22000 standards. Additionally, they will be able to work effectively in a team environment, identify problems, and develop solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production meets hygiene standards and complies with GMP regulations
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure production adheres to ISO 22000 standards, including OPRPs and SOPs
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's food safety management systems
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve problems
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Technology or related field
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fresh graduates welcome
