Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead the delivery of complex data centre projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the full lifecycle of projects from conceptualization to commissioning and operational handover.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project leadership roles, specifically managing large-scale data centre or mission-critical facility construction projects. They will possess proven expertise in front-end engineering design (FEED) processes and end-to-end delivery of EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the delivery of complex data centre projects, ensuring seamless integration across all phases of project execution.
2. Provide strategic leadership in managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes.
3. Oversee the development of project scopes, objectives, and execution plans, aligning them with client requirements and schedules.
4. Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration among engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines to drive project success.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and addressing challenges proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:
1. Extensive experience in project leadership roles, specifically managing large-scale data centre or mission-critical facility construction projects.
2. Proven expertise in front-end engineering design (FEED) processes and end-to-end delivery of EPC projects.
3. Deep understanding of data centre requirements, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), IT infrastructure, power distribution, and cooling systems.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully guiding multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
6. Solid knowledge of project controls, including cost management, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
7. Familiarity with international safety and quality standards for mission-critical facilities, including Tier certifications and uptime requirements.
