Business Insights Analyst


Our ideal candidate is a detail-driven Business Insights Analyst who can uncover key trends, patterns and anomalies in business data to drive strategic growth. With strong analytical skills and excellent communication, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive profitability and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
  • Collaborate with product, R&D, user research and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to discover new opportunities and points for improvement


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in extracting data-driven insights and delivering actionable business recommendations through clear and compelling presentations
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to fast-changing environments
  • Strong proficiency in English required; Mandarin a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional approach and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data or business analysis
