Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating order confirmations, facilitating communication between clients and sales teams, and processing delivery orders.

You will also be responsible for managing packing materials, preparing shipment documentation, and liaising with shipping companies to facilitate exporting products.

In addition, you will need to update the status and location of ERP components, coordinate with clients and logistics teams to clear scrap components, and issue necessary documents to suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and three years of experience in a Marine or Offshore environment.

  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with invoicing, administration, logistics management, and data entry

Other Information
